Chimney drawings
The first drawing of this type was made in Tokyo in 1993, as a gift for a friend whom JS was staying with, while on a weekend leave from his construction site in Taejon, South-Korea. Since then, JS has returned to this drawing theme almost every year, and the works have been included in many exhibitions.
From 1998 the index of Chimney drawings provided here, is complete. All drawings have been scanned directly from the originals. Some early drawings are missing, unfortunately. There also exists a small number of 76x56 cm size drawings, which are not yet listed on the site, and which have appeared in only one or two exhibitions.
